Associate Counselor

In a world filled with uncertainty and change, Allie aims to create a safe space for you to process your emotions and support your individual journey and accomplishments.

My Story

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! I’m Allie Raymond and I am an associate counselor with Simplify Life and a Certified Trauma Professional.

Candidly, I am no stranger to the feeling of being on the other side of the couch and acknowledge the strength and vulnerability it takes for you to reach out! My calling to this career came from my own therapy journey as I struggled with anxiety and depression as a teenager. I remember feeling isolated and alone in a chaotic world when nothing seemed to get better. With this struggle, it has been my life goal to become a therapist to help children, teenagers, and young adults like myself who experience anxiety, depression, or challenging experiences. I find genuine joy in being able to come alongside individuals to see their growth. I hope that we are able to work together to help you overcome these challenges of anxiety and depression to help you flourish.

How I work I work with children, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma.Using both direct and empathetic communicative approaches, I create safe spaces for my clients to process their feelings, build upon their strengths, and reach their goals.

I recognize that counseling is not a one size fits all approach. I invite you to provide feedback in order to get what you want out of our time together. I want you to be able to have a voice because, ultimately, you are the expert on yourself and I am here to support your individual journey. I hope to create a safe space for you to process the past, be able to live in the present and help instill hope for the future. I anticipate that we can work together to create change for you that lasts a lifetime.

About Allie Outside of the office, I love going to the gym to lift weights or spending time with friends and family. One of my favorite things is going to a local coffee shop with friends or spending time reading or journaling. I also love time with my furry friends at home! I have one crazy cat who thinks he is a dog named Titan along with the sweetest dog named Molly. Contrary to popular beliefs, apparently cats and dogs can be best friends! I enjoy being out in nature and going on hikes to witness God’s beautiful creation!

Allie’s session fee is $75 (sliding scale as needed) per 50-minute session.
